Mark and family service was absolutely amazing. When I left my husband Dave in their care, it was like leaving him with family. They were so caring with him, and also with myself and family. I wish I had known about Mark Wait when I had lost previous members of family, such a difference so caring, not regimental like previous funerals. Mark Wait Funeral directors were recommended to us. We could not have been more satisfied with every aspect of the service we received. Mark is very calm, kind, patient and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We were led gently through the legal issues and practical arrangements and knew what was happening and what we needed to do at each stage.
