From start to finish the team at Washington Co-op Funeralcare were helpful supportive and available to answer any questions. Cars arrived promptly, staff were well dressed. Can't fault the service.

Washington COOP have been amazing in taking care of our Dad and us as a family. Alison was our funeral director and she went above and beyond at every step, ensuring we were happy and managing ok - making regular calls to check in on us. My only gripe was with the size and quality of the memorial cards which whilst nice, were nowhere near as nice as the cards we received when we lost our Mam and Grandad. They were much smaller in size which meant reading the poem on the back of the cards was quite difficult. They also came un-laminated which meant I had to buy business card laminating pouches

I’m just so grateful I got to work with the Co-op at Washington. They are the kindest, most compassionate and professional people. I had no clue about funerals and they helped me create a beautiful service for my Dad. Every step of the way they were informative, patient and professional. I’d previously wondered why people would be drawn to this profession but having met Sonia, Anne and Claire I now totally understand how important this role is and the difference they can make to people’s lives in the most difficult time. These people made the world of difference in creating a really special

Just like to thank Nichola Linsley and her great team at co-op Funeralcare Washington for everything they did when arranging Dads Funeral. They put me at my ease from the outset and understood exactly the type of Funeral that was required based on the information I gave them. Nothing was to much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure that a difficult time particularly on the day of the Funeral itself went as smoothly as possible
