From beginning to end the staff at Wallsend funeralcare were very helpful, I had never arranged a funeral before and they talked me through everything.No question was silly, everything was answered in a kind compassionate way. I felt like my loved one was in safe hands. Every few days before the funeral they would ring to ask how I was doing.
