NOTHING overlooked, from knocking on the door of the chapel of rest room where our laying Mam was resting, ahead of taking us in to see her, even saying " hello Pauline, just me bringing your family to see you". The utmost respect shown to our beloved Mam. Even walking us hrough ahead of the big day saw no stone unturned. Everhthing planned with almost military precision. Simple things meaneth the most! Even their friendly call post-funeral to check that Dad was OK, just meant so much.
