Thank you so much to Claire and Emma at the Fulwell branch for the amazing care you gave to my Auntie recently. Emma went above and beyond in making sure the funeral was arranged to perfection whilst also supporting us as a family during a really difficult time. Nothing was ever a problem and my numerous requests to visit the Chapel of Rest were met without question nor the feeling of being a nuisance. Emma, you are a total star, keep doing what you do. I cannot praise the staff at the coop funeral home during the organisation of my mam Valerie crofts funeral enough Claire was so approachable sensitive and professional . As was Emma in particular when I popped by to drop off clothes for mam . Emma was so lovely and sensitive to my feelings at this delicate time . Claire and the team were faultless on the day . Efficient and very thorough when contacting us re timings and the procedure . We were assured my mam was in good hands.
