Right from the first phone call to the Co-Op undertakers on the night dad died to collect him, up until the care after the funeral, mam and I can't fault the service or thank the team for their dedication, support, guidance and comfort at an extremely difficult time. The service at The Co-Op Funeralcare, Cramlington were outstanding. Linda and her team did an incredible job guiding me through and helping with the arrangements for my uncle's funeral last week. From the beginning they were professional, yet friendly, very helpful, accommodating and caring from the beginning.
