Right from the first phone call to the Co-Op undertakers on the night dad died to collect him, up until the care after the funeral, mam and I can't fault the service or thank the team for their dedication, support, guidance and comfort at an extremely difficult time. Dad was treated with the upmost care, dignity and respect throughout. The team are true professionals and nothing was too much trouble and every wish was fulfilled to give dad the funeral he had pre-arranged and the send off he deserved. The service at The Co-Op Funeralcare, Cramlington were outstanding. Linda and her team did an incredible job guiding me through and helping with the arrangements for my uncle's funeral last week. From the beginning they were professional, yet friendly, very helpful, accommodating and caring from the beginning. Linda called me every few days to see if there was anything else they could do and kept me updated as to what was happening. The day of the funeral, the cars arrived on time and Linda looked outstanding in her part as Funeral Director. She has empathy, she cares and seems to add the pers
