From the start of the funeral arrangements to the day of mam's funeral the whole of the team were excellent. There was a big gap between mam's passing and the funeral due my brother living in Australia. Nothing was to difficult or problem, they were very professional, but with a human touch. Can't thank them enough for their kindness, support and patience in what has been a very difficult time for both me and my brother. Jennifer and Paul

We cannot thank the team at Bedlington enough for the way they supported us throughout the whole funeral. From the initial meetings, making the arrangements and on the actual day they helped us through a very difficult time and we are truly grateful. A special thanks to Chris, Joanne and Alison, thank you for all you have done.

Bedlington Co-op Funeralcare handled my sister's funeral in March. I was very pleased with the professional and efficient service we received. All the people we dealt with were sympathetic, helpful and friendly. Nothing was left to chance, and on the day all went very smoothly. I felt supported throughout the process at what was a very difficult and sad time.

However, I felt that some staff demonstrated poor judgement around timing and communication. In particular, one member of staff repeatedly got both my name and the deceased’s name wrong on several occasions, even after being corrected. Notes were taken, but this did not appear to be reflected in later interactions, which was frustrating and upsetting. Additionally, while I understand that a funeral director
