James at Pressdee has been just amazing. My mum passed away a month after being taken seriously ill in Gloucester. It was a very stressful and difficult time and my mum went through huge medical challenges which she sadly couldn't fight anymore. Mum wanted a direct cremation and in her words, a party after! And as she was a true Mumbles girl, there was no doubt that Pressdee's was my first choice over a national company. James in particular was especially kind, compassionate and did everything he could to make us feel at ease with the process. The staff at William Pressdee’s were wonderful, completely professional, kind and sensitive as they helped us to plan and prepare for my dad’s funeral. James came to meet with us at the house and via zoom, he took care of all our requests and was fantastic on the day, he even agreed to sing for us at the church- he has a very fine tenor voice. I really can’t recommend this company highly enough.
