Helen, based at the Bridgend branch, visited the Port Talbot branch to assist me in setting up a funeral plan for my mother. Helen was exceptionally pleasant and highly knowledgeable about the plan we created, making it easy for me to understand the intricacies of funeral planning. The staff at the Port Talbot branch also played a significant role in our meeting. I hope your superiors will recognise this post and appreciate the valuable work you do for your local community.

We used coop funeral care Margam as we wanted a local firm, and coop funeral care, which used to be Condons, of which our late father and husband built the chapel of rest there, hence we wanted to use them. We need not worry with the change of company as it was so personal and professional. Ladies Natalie, Elise and Emma were fantastic. So gentle and excellent, they went thru everything so lovely on the day of the funeral, and beforehand. Explaining everything. We would highly recommend as they took the hassle away from organising a funeral especially when it’s such an emotional and heartbreak

We had a funeral yesterday for my Nan with Condon funeral home. I can't recommend them enough. We all felt so well looked after from beginning to end, they were wonderful. It made all the difference to a difficult day.
