Paul and his team looked after my father’s funeral back in 2014 with such care and compassion. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they helped us give Dad the farewell he truly deserved. Since then, my Mum often said that when her time came, she wanted Paul to look after her too — a reflection of the trust and comfort she felt. A few weeks ago, that time sadly came. I called Paul late one evening, and despite being outside his usual area, he didn’t hesitate. Paul looked after us for both my father's and my mother's funerals. Dad died 17 years before Mum and we had had such wonderful care from Paul that I made a point of finding him again (even though he had left his previous company and set up his own!) I can’t thank Paul and his team enough for looking after my Dad. It was the first time for me arranging a funeral and no matter how many questions I had Paul was very patient and kept me informed of everything all the way through. We were also able to do our flowers with Shirley - they were beautiful and again always kept informed.
