Robin was really helpful, especially when our desired crematorium had no availability and he quickly got us booked elsewhere that met our timeframe. We really liked the quality of the Order of Service, both the printing and the thickness of the card. We were given lots of advice and suggestions, which helped us to make the right choices for the day. The whole process was all made easy and stress free.

We've used Kemp and Stevens now on 4 occasions and they have been kind and respectful. They listened to our requests for simplicity and never tried to persuade us otherwise.
