They made the conversations as easy as they could, with empathy and warmth and professionalism. So hard to go through this process, so unfamiliar, but Kim steps in with real compassion and takes away some of those fears. So thank you to you both. Best team that really help people to go through a difficult and painful situation, they were polite and kind, I had no words to thank them, although this was a painful situation for me they helped me to manage it; special thanks to Kim and Michael... Francis and Chappell did my father’s funeral 18 months ago, and my mother’s today. Would I recommend them? Absolutely not. For both funerals I had to constantly had to constantly chase them for things to happen, we ended up with an incorrect order of service, the whole process was stressful. The only reason i gave one star was due to the funeral director James who saved the day on both occasions. He had the sincerity, compassion and went above any beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
