The kindness, support and care that we received from Jack at Ford Mears in Frimley was exceptional. Our thirty nine year old daughter died after an accident which was a great shock, Jack supported us during all the funeral arrangements his compassion and professionalism guided us through this very difficult time.

After recently losing my mother in law, Kim, Steve & Jack were fantastic in how they treated my family with such kindness and respect in our time of grief. Nothing was a problem, and we greatly appreciate their going the extra mile. I can highly recommend Ford Mears of Frimley.

When choosing a funeral directors I didn’t have a clue - I lost my mum very suddenly and the struggle was massive- I called Ford Mears in Frimley, I was stressed confused and had no idea what I had to do ! They put me totally at ease … They were kind and compassionate and honestly without them helping me I would have been even more stressed .. we have also recently lost my dad suddenly 4 months after my mum and when I called Kim back - her and the others were just so kind … Losing a loved one is the hardest thing you will ever have to face ..
