We recently used Ballard and Shortall Horsham to take care of dad’s funeral. I must say the whole team were amazing, especially Wendy. She was so thoughtful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble every detail was taken into consideration. Wendy also put us in touch with Karen Acres who is an amazing officiant who was also so thoughtful, kind and genuine. I feel I must mention Paul the funeral director he made us all feel at ease, took control in a very lovely way and even made us smile on this very sad day. They all really made it such a lovely service for us and dad. Thank you

Ballard & Shortall with Wendy in the Horsham office were completely professional and friendly throughout the whole process of arranging my wife’s funeral, nothing was too much trouble we were hand held from start to finish. One thing I was not expecting was a grey hearse, it was absolutely magnificent the icing on the cake for me. I would strongly recommend their service.
