I never felt hurried and could drop in at any time prior to the funeral to ask questions. I felt fully supported, as did my son and his wife, and were given appropriate guidance on the process when it was required. The funeral went without a hitch and was exactly as we wanted. I cannot recommend Alan Greenwood & Sons highly enough.
