Sue was very helpful in explaining the options we had for my aunt's funeral and listened to our requests. Mark was thoughtful and helpful on the day of the funeral; everything happened as we requested, and went smoothly.

In general everything was as planned and agreed, although there were a couple of issues that gave us some concern. These will be communicated directly with the Co-op, as they do not need to be made public.
