Gemma and her colleagues were very helpful and sincere, supporting me throughout by sending links to update the order of service and answering any questions that needed clarification. Their kindness and professionalism made a difficult time much easier to manage. Thanks to the Woolhall street branch in Bury St Edmunds

The care we received from this wonderful team of people since losing Mum (Totsy), has been outstanding... Gemma making sure that everything we requested...was there for us..The help , care , support and advice has helped us through our grief. ...Lisa looked after us so very well and we really felt this especially when the actual Funeral Service took place. Out Thanks also must go to Martyn the Celebrant, who conducted the ceremony with the utmost care and concern for the family as well as Mum.....We can't say enough really but THANKYOU TO YOU ALL. Good morning Gemma and Lisa, Firstly I just wanted to thank you both for your input into making Friday a lovely send off for Mum, it was a very special celebration of a very special lady and your attention to detail helped to make it so. The flower arrangement was absolutely stunning and we used the flowers from it to make posies for the attendees to take home - lots of people commented on how lovely and fresh the flowers were and how nice the order of service was.

Co-op Funeralcare Bury St Edmunds, provided very professional, and dignified care for my late father, and for his family. The funeral was exactly as we wished, and a fitting tribute to my father. I would particularly like to mention Gemma, who showed us true empathy and compassion, as well as practical efficiency. We were so grateful that she helped us select flowers, and sorted out a problem with the link to the live feed. Gemma is a credit to Co-op Funeralcare, Bury St Edmunds.

the CO-OP was so helpful and everything was conducted in a very caring way from start to finish. And a lot of that was due to Gemma at the Bury ST Edmunds Funeral Directors. And Lisa at the Crematorium.
