On behalf of my family I would like to thank all the staff at Collumbine’s for their kindness and compassion at a very difficult time for us , they cared for my gran and latterly my papa we returned to collumbines service because as a family we were looked after at every step of the way with genuine kindness , and compassion. Yes they are being paid to be kind etc but you can tell when it’s genuine and they really do care , nothing is a trouble and there are no silly questions. My experience with Collumbine Funeral Directors is one of an amazing team of respectful people who all go above and beyond the 'job description' to comfort, help, advise and support those who have the need to use their services.
