I would 100% recommend the team at John Fairest Abbey Lane for the way they managed my mum’s funeral and service. ​Their relaxed and unrushed approach was perfect during such an emotional time for us. The advice they offered was professional and based on years of experience; at no point did they attempt to sell us anything additional.

We couldn’t have had a better experience than with John Fairest. They are professional as well as compassionate . No detail was too small and every single member of staff we dealt with gave 100% . We felt fully supported in every aspect of my father’s funeral

If zero stars could be awarded I would. All I can say is that when you have spent thousands of pounds to give your loved ones a decent burial you don't then expect this companys owners to then allow their dog to defecate on your deceased loved ones resting place. That's exactly what these people do, they walk their dog in the cemetery grounds, even though there is signage forbidding dog walking in the grounds, and allow them to urinate and defecate on baby's and adults graves.
