Jackie and James were absolutely amazing during a very hard and sad time of arranging my husbands funeral. From the very start of the process they were attentive and compassionate and helped eliminate some of the stress of the process of planning a funeral. I left everything to them, to choosing the coffin and the flowers and they did my husband and myself proud. James even checked in with me after the funeral which was lovely. They made the whole process personal to me and my family and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

Cannot recommend enough, when my Father passed whilst on holiday I called Jackie as I didn't know what to do and Jackie and her team and vast knowledge and contacts got everything resolved. Pure amazing and always contackable at all times. Not only did Jackie and team take care of my Dad being in a different part of the country but made all the arrangements and helped me through the whole process from that point and untill the actual funeral.
