The team looked after both my brother and mother within 6 months and were exceptional. they were caring, professional and respectful throughout. they supported us as a family. the services were beautiful. I would give zero stars if it was an option, the customer service department is atrocious, we had an issue that still hasn’t been resolved after 5 weeks, no one gets back to you despite promises that they would, you have to keep chasing them, this would be shockingly bad under normal circumstances but considering it’s at a very sad and emotional time it’s just shocking, there’s absolutely zero empathy and you’re made to feel that once you’ve paid you’re done with and just a nuisance if you contact them.

Poor service when organising a funeral for my mother Not enough attention to detail when staff attended the first meeting to arrange the funeral. The process was as bad as buying a car in a dealership who's staff where on a bonus or target driven incentives Estimate given was not very accurate particular on services provided by the Church The staff even completed the paper work with my name wrong the form lacked details of my coop membership. There was great emphasis on ensuring that you can pay for the funeral service requested with talk of checking my financial credibility. It was not expl
