Adlams were marvellous in their support of me and my family recently. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were unfailingly prompt and responsive and gave excellent advice and support for our special occasion. I would particularly like to mention Harry Miller who was my point of contact throughout and led the team on the day. He was simply outstanding and I will remember both his kindness and attention to detail for the rest of my life with immense gratitude.

Ignored personal requests and took away our opportunity to carry our relative into the church to rest. Poorly managed and minimal communication which led to distress on the day. The original Mr Adlam would not be impressed with the way it is now being run. Sold to a larger company, but kept the name. Will not be using or recommending further.
