When my husband passed away, Northwood and Sons were recommended to me by a family member. During the course of the funeral arrangements I dealt with Andrew, Karen and Jack at various times. I was very impressed with the professionalism, dignity and caring that they all showed in their interactions with both my family and me. I had never arranged a funeral before and was helped through this extremely upsetting time by all at Northwood. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I would like to thank Jack and his parents for their professionalism, their empathetic and patient service we received during our emotional and stressful grieving of our Mum.
