★★★★★
A very caring company at a time when emotions are high, nothing was too much trouble From first contact the whole process was handled with efficiency and understanding in a friendly and sympathetic way.

Excellent service throughout the process!
★☆☆☆☆
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Tracy, who was extremely unprofessional and lacked both empathy and understanding. I asked a simple question about whether they provide a priest, as this is the first time my family has gone through this process. Her response was shockingly rude, saying, “I don’t have it in my pocket.” Throughout the conversation, she repeatedly emphasized that the service is free, which was irrelevant since I never questioned the cost. It’s important to note that this service is funded by a government grant, so it’s not truly “free” but rather publicly suppor
