After a confusing experience with Lymns in Arnold, we found Co-op to be honest, professional and helpful during a very difficult time. Janet in particular was quick to answer questions for us and came back to us with information when she said she would. Janet also helped us navigate the various options available to us and was very empathetic and comforting in her manner.
