Grant looked after our precious baby in 2014. The compassion, respect and love displayed by Grant towards our son, and us as a bereaved family, made those unbearable days a little bit more bearable. Our baby’s last journey was treated with the upmost respect and compassion. We will be forever grateful.

Grant has been so professional in everything he has done at the same time his approach has been so thoughtful to us all . From the very beginning Grant has put our feelings first and listened to our wishes as my Mother came from Scotland and I wanted things to be a little bit different . Grant did everything to make this terribly sad time bearable . At some time during each day he contacted me just to check we were ok , he brought a beautiful hamper to our home , nothing was a problem , he even set out tables in the church hall when more people came over after the funeral .
