I am so glad I chose Heart of England in Brackley to arrange my dad's funeral. Everyone who works here is amazing and everything is done with the utmost care, respect and professionalism. If I ever had any questions or worries, the team were always there to answer my call and did so with great kindness. I didn't quite like the design of the order of service but they persevered with the designer until it was perfect. I honestly can't thank them enough. They made a very difficult time that bit more bearable.

A lot of what I was doing was quite bespoke and nothing was ever too much trouble and they helped me to achieve what I wanted. Tracey on the day was amazing and helped to calm me down. The after care service was also fabulous. They really helped make an awful situation bearable. Thankyou

Arranging the funeral of my wife was one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do. Tracey, Tina and Pauline really did make it as easy as it could be to organise everything. They are such a friendly team and handled everything with great sensitivity. The service they arranged was perfect, everyone commented that it was such a fitting send-off. It's not something I'd ever want anyone else to have to do, but if you do find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to make funeral arrangements for a loved one then I don't think you could pick a better team of people to entrust them
