Tamsyn arranged a meeting and she was very professional, compassionate, patient and gave us very clear information and direction. Bruce Carter Funeral Directors arranged my mums funeral, I cannot praise them enough from start to finish they were all really good. Tamsyn was so understanding, very professional and nothing was too much trouble, she guided us through the whole process with dignity and patience, and answered many questions over several phone calls after our original meeting . On the day of the funeral, Jordan was brilliant and made us feel at ease the whole time, it was a lovely send off for mum. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I can’t thank Bruce carter a sons enough for how they handled my dad’s funeral. From start to finish they was nothing but professional and handled me and my family with the up most respect and care. We had a lovely gentleman called Simon and he was soo passionate a bout his job and put my mum at ease throughout the whole planning . He was soo caring throughout the whole process and contacted us every day to see how we all was and to give us updates on everything. We felt like we made a good friendship with him and we even invited him to our dad’s funeral and he came which was nice of him to do
