Went hear to plan a funeral for a lost friend . They were understanding and respectful of my loss and we were able to plan the funeral in a calm respectful and peaceful atmosphere. Great place to plan a funeral for a loved one and I would highly recommend .Abi Watson has not met the real Ally and I refuse to believe she went to the same funeral director as I did . What a scumbag to think that ally was cold and impersonal

Had a consultation for a close young loved one. Our first funeral to arrange, he was cold and impersonal and made it feel more like a business transaction than a funeral. He also could not give a straight answer to any business question
