Having not arranged a funeral before I had no idea what I was doing but I didn’t need to worry with Luke’s expert guidance. He was on hand at any time of day or night to answer my queries and did an excellent job. He took care of absolutely everything and made the most difficult period of my life considerably easier. He listened carefully to my instructions and offered some very helpful suggestions. Can't put into words just how professional, caring and generally amazing Luke from Rushtons was with sorting all the final arrangements for my grandmother's funeral.
