We recently used Lord Brown & Harty Funeral Directors and received truly fantastic service from start to finish. During a very difficult time, their team were compassionate, respectful, and incredibly supportive. They guided us through every step with care and professionalism, making sure all our wishes were understood and carried out perfectly. The organisation on the day was seamless, and their attention to detail gave us real peace of mind. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout. We are very grateful for their kindness and would highly recommend them

The office was so professional from the moment I had to first call them. Having never done this before and in such a sad time for us all they guided us through the whole process. Dignity and care at each moment. We fully trusted Chris and his team. The respect they gave my father was so appreciated. Chris ensured every detail was thought of. My Dad would have been proud. Chris Lord-Brown was nothing short of brilliant, and helped me to prepare the fabulous, thoughtful send-off my mum deserved. He talked us through everything really clearly and made tough decisions much easier. Cheryl did a wonderful job too, restoring my mum to her glamorous self for our final goodbye.
