As soon as Martin learned he had cancer, he went to Heritage to plan his funeral. He described it as ‘as lovely an experience as you can imagine for something that’s not normally pleasant’. He said Amanda was wonderful with him, and he enjoyed spending time with her in their lovely offices.
Martin asked me to be the point of contact after his death. I met Amanda and Matthew and could see immediately what he had meant. They were both knowledgeable, gentle and respectful in a sincere way, and I knew instantly that Martin was in the best hands.

From my initial phone call following the death of my sister Heritage showed compassion, discretion and respect in every aspect of the procedure until my sister had a direct cremation. We had various admin problems trying to obtain a death certificate but Amanda at Heritage kept in touch throughout the process offering valuable insight and advice as to how the system works.
