My mother passed away recently and I had to organize for the first time in my life a funeral. I decided to go with Coop as I work for the company ,but the lady from the funeral home understanding in the beginning kept on changing the package price under silly reasons . From over £5000 that we agreed to she increased the price to £8000 under the excuse and mistake made by them that I am under a different council. Once explained and rectified the price still remained the same at £8000 . She in the end recommended us another funeral home that was not good as well . Shame on you Co-op funeral home
