All the staff were so helpful from start to finish. From the second we walked through the door we were made very welcome which helped ease our funeral planning, making it that bit less painful. Jan was the first person who we spoke with and she is just lovely. Then our funeral planning was made by Amy, who was just amazing with us, offering advice all through the process, constantly in touch with us to let us know the next step and always available for a reassuring chat when needed. Sian was our funeral director and she was just brilliant with us, helping us with the organising of the cars on

So kind, so helpful. Nothing is a problem. The staff are all very gentle and mind you. We lost our baby boy and they had him well looked after. The worst day of my life is filled with a memory of the warmth we received here and during the funeral. They made that day a nice memory xx

My dear mum has recently had her funeral 16 April. Avril..The staff were amazing. We were looked after by Jan who was so friendly amazing support when I called. On the day we were looked after by sian who was so lovely very professional and supported us immensely on the day and contacted us next day to check how we all were.
