All the staff were so helpful from start to finish. From the second we walked through the door we were made very welcome which helped ease our funeral planning, making it that bit less painful. Jan was the first person who we spoke with and she is just lovely. Then our funeral planning was made by Amy, who was just amazing with us, offering advice all through the process, constantly in touch with us to let us know the next step and always available for a reassuring chat when needed. So kind, so helpful. Nothing is a problem. The staff are all very gentle and mind you. We lost our baby boy and they had him well looked after. The worst day of my life is filled with a memory of the warmth we received here and during the funeral. They made that day a nice memory xx
