★★★★★
I would like to thank everyone that looked after myself and my family after the loss of my mum unexpectedly. Lyn in particular is so wonderful and friendly. She made the whole process alot easier and went above and beyond to make sure my mum was well looked after and her day was just right. Pam who looked after us on the day was also lovely and we are very grateful for both of them.

★★★★★
The staff at Co-op Funeral care with outstanding. Kerry and Mandy were fantastic and made sure all services were delivered to a high standard. My Dad Ken was in the best hands here. They were in constant communication showing empathy and professionalism whilst also helping the family with advice, concerns and suggestion. On the day, Pam the Funeral Director was tremendous walking the cars past dad's old house and taking the family to dad's final destination. She is someone that the people of Knowsley and surrounding areas should never lose as her understanding of local people and emotions
