I can highly recommend. Our main point of contact was Lee who has guided our family step by step with the arrangements of our dads funeral. He has taken care of all aspects from beginning to end. He helped to make an incredible sad occasion all the more bearable with his support and guidance. Our main contact Lee has been amazing he was so supportive and helpful throughout. I can not thank everyone at West & coe Dagenham enough, for the care they not only showed my late Nan, but also myself and family. My mum and I, were met with Joan on our first meeting, honestly I don't think I've met more beautiful lady. The empathy and kindness she showed us throughout was amazing. We were able to visit my nan daily while she was being cared for, and every day she made us feel at ease.
