Particular mention to Dawn who pulled out all the stops to be so helpful for my brother's funeral. Thank you for your patience, and being on call when I had messed up with the video file upload. Small details, but important to the family at this time. The Limousine and the London Crematorium were very nice, and all round, these are good people doing an excellent and sensitive job.
