I can't say how good all the staff I spoke to at Lodge Brothers were during an extremely difficult and mentally challenging time when I my Mum passed away suddenly in January. Right from the beginning Catherine at the Brentford branch of Lodge Brothers was so supportive and helpful. Explaining everything in a clear easy manner and never once making me feel I had to spend money that I didn't need to. We recently had a funeral arranged by Lodge Brothers Brentford. The whole team were absolutely amazing. Bernice, Tracey, and Paul ,who we had direct contact with, went beyond expectations to ensure that we had the send off that we needed. We always felt that they were there to help in everyway they could. They made the experience easy. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Lodge Brothers Brentford recently undertook the funeral of our very much loved dad . They were amazing . Extremely respectful , very caring and nothing was too much trouble . We are really pleased that we went to them and extremely grateful for their care and consideration at all times of us and our dad Fred . We couldn’t of wished for a better farewell . My Nan passed away recently... lodge brothers visited her from when she found out she was dying and she was very happy with there service... from choosing her coffin to the music she wanted played. Very professional and helpful right from the start until the end. Thank you
