We are so grateful to Helen, Claire and Sam for the kindness, sensitivity and professionalism shown while arranging Mum’s funeral. Helen took great care with all the arrangements, and Claire led a beautiful service that felt incredibly personal and thoughtfully tailored to Mum and the life she lived. Sam was also so kind and reassuring on the day, helping everything run smoothly. Many people commented afterwards on how meaningful it was and how it felt like a genuine celebration of Mum’s life, which meant a great deal to our family.
