We chanced upon Haven on the way back from picking up death certificates and after talking to the usual chains that were all lovely but very much trying to fit us into their plan and not ours. We dealt with Paul at the Broadway branch in Acton and it was serendipity that our paths should cross. I would recommend Haven and in particular Paul to anybody who is in this awful place of having to arrange a funeral or cremation when your heart is breaking and your head is spinning. We were treated with genuine respect and care, not in a gushy, overly serious and false way but in the genuine helpful

Excellent service from start to finish with arranging my mothers funeral in April. Micah Andrews was very caring and had empathy.
