What can i say about Jo? She handled the sad process of my dads funeral with ease and amazing compassion. She guided us through the whole process step by step and nothing was too much trouble. She was at the of the phone anytime we needed her and boy did we need her! On the day, our father was handed with grace and dignity and the staff were accommodating to all our needs. I highly recommend H. Copeland and sons, they will be there for you at this most distressing time and you can take comfort that they will look after you while you try to look after yourself.
