Harefield Branch HC Grimstead Started off so well..... ended in Dreadful communication, lack of accountability and no apology offered. Now just ignoring communications. Damaged coffin, didn't know where my father was for more than 2 weeks. No follow up after the day, no support from the Co-op head office. Quick to invoice though. Wish id withheld payment. Still waiting on answered to email. Avoid, get lots of local reviews first, wish i had and not just got one.! Sadly a terrible service at a significant time.
