All the staff was very respectful, caring and kind They treated our Mum/Nan with the upmost respect from leaving the funeral home to the chapel. They went over and beyond to make sure we was all ok . They placed our Mums flowers beautifully with care on the hurst. We could not fault them at all Thank you for treating us with genuine care, We are deeply grateful for the compassion you showed us and for all your kindness during this difficult time 🌹🫶🏻 Thank you

Where to start with the praise for Dawn & Christine! My Dads cremation was handled in September 2024 and my Mums on Friday 9th of January 2026, from the very first phone call, to the last phone call the day before the cremation everything was done and said with the utmost respect, compassion and professionalism and nothing was too much trouble for me, my daughter and my deceased loved ones! On The day George and his team were exceptional. Thanks again Dawn & Christine.

Dawn & Christine are simply incredible - they made an unimaginable time (Losing our beloved mum) that tiny bit easier and we as a family cannot thank them enough. Can not put into words how thankful I am to Albins for how they cared for us as a family at the most difficult time after losing my Dad. My extended family have always used Albins but this was the first that I got directly involved.
