The service provided was excellent. We mainly dealt with Gemma but Sheree, Robin and everyone we came into contact with was warm, friendly and supportive. My dad’s funeral was the first funeral we had to organise, and Gemma’s knowledge was incredible, and she patiently answered all our questions, gently guiding us through the process and supporting us every step of the way.
