This 5 star review is purely based on 2 lovely individuals who I met this morning. Massive thank you to Faye and the young guy she was training I think both very welcoming and smiley. Softly spoken and welcoming to questions/my concerns. Faye has been the first person from co-op funeral who has taken the time to explain things to me in regards to seeing Dad( it has been nearly 2 weeks) . Very helpful and has put my mind at ease left with a smile of relief after seeing Faye and the new guy 😀 all staff to take a leaf out of Faye’s book
