First off I would like to state my utter confusion on the fact this brance average Google star rating is only 3.7 stars and not a 5 star. My grandad passed a few years ago now and we used them and they done my grandad and family proud and my nan passed recently on 08/10/24 and we used them again and they out done them self's my nans service will stick with me for a life time! I would recommend using them if you live in the area and unfortunately have to do so! I cannot complain about 1 thing absolutely done my grandparents justice. I would like to commend the staff at this branch. My dad David Jordan sadly passed away on the 22/02/22. From the moment that they took my dad into their care they were professional, dignified, compassionate and above all they were very respectful. The funeral director Darren was 100% with everything we required he was on hand with any questions we had and with any changes we wanted. The people who took care of Dad to dressing him, making sure he looked how we wanted was amazing. My dad went out in the manner he would of loved. They took care of every detail that we asked for and sent dad off
