Charlotte, from the Raynes Park branch was warm, welcoming and so helpful. We arranged mum’s funeral how we wanted it to be and on the day it was perfect. It’s daunting arranging such an important event, but Charlotte understood what we wanted. The flowers included the freesias we mentioned were mum’s favourite and were beautiful. There was no concerns using our own celebrant, this was accommodated without any issue. Sebastian looked after us on the day, he was great. Highly recommend the team at Raynes Park.

Despite delays with the death certificate due to the Christmas period, Charlotte was fantastic from start to finish, keeping us informed and at ease throughout.
