This was our first experience of arranging a cremation for our father. Airat was amazing, so kind and patient and efficient and clear. She is so young and yet so mature and it was her personality that made us choose Putney Co-op Funeralcare for our father's cremation.
Al Mayfield was our celebrant, arranged through Airat, he was great and supportive and clear... also sporting a lovely suit and bowler hat... our dad would have loved that!
The funeral director, Roy, and his team were calm and respectful and professional.
