Julie who helped me though and guided me to make mums last journey so wonderful, nothing was too much and so empathetic, when you promise someone you love that you’ll be there for them until the end Julie and the co-op team did it right, from first to the last steps I cannot thank them enough and I certainly can endorse there service I received from the Newmalden Branch and central care centre.

Both Julie and Peter gently accompanied me through this overwhelming process ensuring that everything went smoothly and all wishes were fulfilled. It’s an agonizing moment to go through and they made you feel you weren’t alone. I am extremely happy with how everything was handled.
