There are not enough words to describe how Co-Op Manor Park delivered brilliantly for my dear mother's passing. The fabulous Nilpa was on hand even before Mommy died and told me what to do so when Mommy passed away under two days later, Nilpa and her colleague at front desk, Nicky ran with everything. It's been over 2 months since my loss and me contacting the Manor Park branch to arrange a direct cremation. I received friendly and sympathetic help from Nilpa and Nickie and that didn't stop at receiving the ashes back. Very caring and professional not only did the whole team look after my mum but they also guided myself and sisters through the whole process of arranging our mums funeral. A special thank you to Nilpa and Nikki and also the funeral directors who also wore pink ties to reflect the colour scheme of mums funeral as that was her favourite colour. On the day of mums funeral the professionlism and caring attitude of the funeral directors was very much appreciate by everyone. Thank you for what was a sad but joyful celebration of my mums life.
